Saturday, May 21, 2005 10:29 PM Went nus cultural centre today for the potpurri thing. Karna cheated by mrs lim lye sim heh, she said our tickets were level 2, in the end turned out to be the 3rd storey one. but anw the view's not bad, you see the concert from the top just that the area's damn noisy, with all the kids talking during the concert. damn irritating. initially wanted to go to the backstage, in the end got chased out by the security guard. co was the first item, they performed 3 songs, xing kong, feng nian ji and song wo yi zhi mei gui hua, heard the first 2 during their syf. think their performance's not bad. and that grade 9 erhu boy did a solo last night. heheh i like him, cos he's damn small and damn cute and damn lihai! just that he got some attitude problems. anyway tonight's the oriental night, so all those performances' were those cheena ones. xiang sheng, hua ju, guzheng, chinese dance and what-not. some of the performances kinda spastic, like the sun wu kong one, the part when the lady poof! became zhi zhu jing. then all the people infront and behind of me went laughing like hell. -_-' yea i like the chinese dance, their props and costumes' very nice. oh and they had the finale too. i tell you the tonight's finale is EXACTLY the same as the 3 years back one. the drum beats and even the stupid actions that the fatty yeo forced us to do 3 years ago were exactly the same. lolz, damn funny. i rem for the finale we had to hold our hands together, walked infront and bowed, waved our hands then clap left clap right. so lame. haha. so nostalgic, 3 years ago we went there to perform too heh.
